I brought TV in VW (Visio World) through amazon on 25.09.2025, i got tv, but tv was got problem within warrenty period on 04.09.2025, i was registered warrenty request in amazon, they forwarded to VW, i get whatsapp message from VW on 05.09.2025, they was asked ny problem and given complaint no TN[protected], and the technicain will come come 7-10 days, but on one came after the strugle and fought with VW customer care finally a unexperiebnced...

I was brought VW 24" TV on 16-OCT-2023, With in one month on November i have panel issue with TV, so i raised a complaint according to that. but still my issue is not resolved yet.
I'm requesting to replace the TV or i need my money back....
