Sir/Madam,

My name is Sudershan sangrai. My electricity meter was running very fast since last t
two months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
I have not paid the bill of 3390 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking and make further adjustment in the billing amount.
My last 6 manth bill summarry.

I am Lala ram r/o E 1/644 G/F, KH NO 644/22 MAIN 25 FT ROAD PuSTA 4 1/2, soniya vihar near gyan deep school Delhi 94, with CA No 350545815. We try to connect electricity meter from 25th November 2016. We have done all procedure for such connection but the management didn't connect meter in our house. We have also pay amount and documents which are required to connect the electricity meter but the management who are going to connect meter in our house are not doing their work. They always delay and denies to apply meter. They always either denies or they want 20, 000 rupees extra for connection of...

We are residents of soniya vihar 4.5 pusta, Delhi 94. We are trying to connect electricity meter from 25th November 2016. We have done all procedure for such connection but the management unable to connect meter. They always delay and denies to apply meter. They bring meter back from soniya vihar due to shortage of money at that time and they want 20, 000 rupees extra for applying meter. Please help us to connect the electricity meter as soon as possible and take action against such management which do not take any responsibility. We will very thankful to you....

BSES Yamuna Power Ltd — Amount deducted from the bank

On 10 December I was paying my electricity bill of Rs 420 against CA no. 101188856. Paytm showing that your transaction is still in processing but the amount was deducted from my bank account. And after sometime it showing that the transaction has permanently failed. I send an email to paytm care and they replied me back don't worry if the transaction will fail than we will refund your amount back. But after 3 days still payment was not refunded back to my account. I am very much disappointed from the Paytm service. Please refund my amount back as soon as possible....

My complain has yet not been resolved even after 3.5 months .In Between I have visited BSES office (Raju Palace
) more than 10 time and every time i had been told that my complain has not been resolved saying my long service line mail approval is still pending.Can any body say here that how long it will take to approve a mail .For approval do you guys need 3.5 months..this seems totally unacceptable
.I am very unsatisfied with BSES service.I would like to take this matter to consumer forum and social media escalation.

We don't have receive the electricity bill house number 19a first floor hauz khas village new delhi-110016. That way the every month electricity bill amount increase with the late payment. This is not fault for my side. And the also this month electricity bill amount is 40534. This is very much. So please deduct the amount and also send the bill every month same address (19a first floor hauz khas village new delhi-110016).

My name is Chandan Kumar. My electricity meter was running very fast since last three months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
I have paid the bill of 10350 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking and make further adjustment in the billing amount.

Dear sir,

We have the flat in prop in, khno - 1551 lgf g block,., aya nagar extn ph - 6, new delhi-110047, we are not using electricity there but from last month our bill coming incorrect we have registered a complaint last also about this, then we went to our flat and check that mr, sunil and virender (8860021895) taken illegal connection from our meter and doing theft our electricity.

This the serious matter and request you to take action against them and get bill amount to be paid by them till date with panelty as per your standard.

I am the consumer of bses yamuna power ltd and the electricity is supplied to my property bearin No.2351 turkman gate delhi 110006. I reside at ground floor.recently an amount Rs.52496/.pertaining to the connection No.100295594 through which the electricity is supplied to Mr.A.R.Javed has been unlawfully added to my electricity billpertaining to the electricity connection CA No 100272055 and also bses issues a unauthorised new connection on the property to the unknown person mohd.asim without my knowledge.other details given by me with the attachments....

This is been 2nd time that BSES PEOPLE are threatening us and this time I will not take this anymore. They have been coming and changing meter themselves and then telling us that we have been taken electricity for free though we are highly reputed people who are paying bills on time. I would file a case against bses if this time my issue will not get sort. And I will not give a single peny rather than the bill...

I have applied for new electric connection for qtr k block-84, sector -04 pushp vihar n/d vide app no.8002551426 but same have been rejected by adchini south saket deptt vide app no.1014755580 with the remarks that arrears found rs.4406/- against ca no.102198191 in r/o of ram chander as individual vacated said qtr on 15.10.1998. however same qtr has been further allotted to 04 pers and said electric deptt has provided electric connection to them.
In this connection i approached to nirman bhawan directorate of estates new delhi and they issue letter dtd 07.10.16 to executive...

This is with reference to the complaint against meter seal. the above meter is in the name of saleem sualeh, ca no. 150285771 r/o house no.5 royal appartment 3rd floor main joga bai village jamis nagar okhla new delhi-110025. yesterday's evening we found that the seal of our meter box has been broken, we don not have any clue about it. so, kindly replace our seals as soon as possible.

I am Sudha Saxena and my CA no. 100791511. I paid my bills every month before due date. I am senior citizen widow lady and have no earnings. In my last Month's bill according to my unit consumption, the actual billing amount is Rs. 290/- but some dues of Rs. 2750/- is added/transferred into this which is not related to me.
This is my humble request to waive off this dues amount so that i can pay my bills onwards.

I am Alka Rawat, Daughter of Mr. Raje Singh Rawat. I paid my electricity bill through online on regular basis (every month before due date). last one year my bill not exceed from 500. but this month our bill is Rs 730. and I also paid this amount through online, but when i check my last two hreee months bills noticed that previous reading is same on last three months bill. then my question is that when i pay my bill regularly, then in each bill the previous month's reading how was the same. and thats why this time our bill is too high for us.

Dear sir.

I am Abrar Ahmad khan. My CA no. is 15106534 . we have made the bill payment Rs. 6860 through the cheque no. 948665 ICICI Bank. the amount has been credited in the BSES power limited on 02-09-16 from my account.

So for that amount not yet deducted from my bill.

In this regards we have given written complaint at ardhchini office . sl. no. of complaint is 358 dated 08-09-16.

so far no action takkent again we got the bill.

Kindly let me know why that amount not deducted from my account....

Hello.. This is regarding the new meter installed at my home. It has been 2 months that i am not getting the electricity bill. I am little worried about the future payments of this with penalty which i am not supposed to pay the penalty for the due dates as this is not my fault that i am not receiving it by th time. I haven't received a single one.
This meter was installed with the name '"anjali" and the ca no is 151877129

So i request you to look into this matter asap.

Dear Sir,
My husband Late. Vijay Bahadur Rai has been allotted a tehbazari site at Anderia more, which is now muttated on my name, by MCD. But some non-social element Kishan and Manoj has installed a fraud meter on their name on the same tehbazari site without my knowledge, when I contacted BSES office vasant kunj to disconnect and give connection in my name, they refused to do that. They are saying get order from the court.
Sir, I want to know how can you give connection on someothers property without his/her consent. Please either change then connection on my name or disconnect...

I have made a complaint (number 16092300211) regarding electricity supply in the area i am residing. after 12 hrs the customer care neither have any status regarding this nor the senior executives are picking up phone as i hold the line for past 10 minutes. and this situation surely occurred in a month. they have no excuse, communication gap between service and system....

Respected sir, my ca no. Is 100211329. I have to lodge a complaint for the pole in gali chipian, maliwara, chandni chowk. As their is frequent sparking on the pole due to excess demand of electricity in the market also the wires on the pole are not properly tied up. On 19sep your electician come on complaint no.16091901626 they also say that the load is over. Kindly make sure that all the wires are tied properly so that we can work in a safe enviroment
