With the arrival of mild summer, power cuts start happening in our area 110044.
Bses work according to the area, whether we will get 24 hours electricity like in posh areas or not.

Load shedding seems like a drama because in other areas electricity is not cut as much as in our area.

I have purchased Flat No.181, DDA SFS Duplex Flat, Pocket-1, Sector-6, Dwarka, Delhi from Mrs. Shalini Malhotra, which has been registered in my name on 05.12.2022. I intend to get the BSES connection in my name but I don't have previous registered mobile no.

My meter with CA number[protected] was burnt on 15/16 August 2022. I registered a complaint with the BSES department to get the meter checked and replaced. The department personnel visited my house and checked the meter, and declared it faulty and burnt. However, since I have 2 meters installed at my house (I live in a 3 storey house), by mistake I registered the complaint with the other meter CA number.

I have paid the bill last month for my CA number, however, the same is not reflected in the receipts on my account with the bses. They are seeking for me to pay the amount again with penalty and have threatened to disconnect the electricity supply. The money which I paid has not been reverted to my account and demand for further enhanced payment is now reflecting as pending in my account. Please, help....

There have been multiple power cuts in the past few days in my locality. Having no electricity for prolonged periods of time causing an insane amount if inconvenience. Why in the hell is something like this still happening in 2022, it's like we still living in 2010. The fact that companies are cut so much slack enabling them to cause so much suffering to people is absolutely appalling.
Please fix this ASAP...

New meters were installed on my ca no[protected],[protected] and[protected] in my house no.in defence colony, new delhi 110024, which was installed in the month of feb 20, the meters are running very very fast. Units are coming more than four times the normal usage since then. I can not afford this much billing. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. You can call for any feed back on [protected]@gmail.com.
