request for clarification and rectification of excess electricity bill

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding unusually high charges reflected in our recent electricity bills.

For CA No.[protected], we have received a bill of ₹5140, out of which ₹2699.46 is listed under "Other Charges" and only ₹1572 is for the actual unit consumption. We have no previous dues or pending amounts, so we kindly request clarification and removal of these...

    Dear Sir,

    Our domestic connection has been wrongly assessed as commercial under Paying Guest accommodation. The entire house has been rented to 4 students and not individual rooms as in case of PG. I am attaching the rent agreement. No where it is mentioned that the Rented accommodation is a PG. Moreover, the house has never been registered as PG. The same house has been rented to a family in the past. We have received notice for back dues as well as increased current demand. We request you to help up to reverse the charges and re classify our house as domestic connection.

      My electricity bill fare is coming extremely high from past few months. I am living in a 1bhk flat and just having 2LED, 1 fan and a cooler but still my electricity bill is crossing 5 thousand.
      I contacted BSES customer care helpline several times but there was no response.
      Kindly review my attached bill and please help me.

        There is no power supply in Om vihar, phase 5, uttam nagar West for last 36 hours. There was a power cut on 8 pm 29/05/2024 and still there is no power supply. In these days when highest temperature is being recorded, we are out of electricity facing huge problem.

        Requesting to BSES please look into this and try to resolve this ASAP.

          Electricity cut off during summer

          With the arrival of mild summer, power cuts start happening in our area 110044.
          Bses work according to the area, whether we will get 24 hours electricity like in posh areas or not.

          Load shedding seems like a drama because in other areas electricity is not cut as much as in our area.

          this is condemnable...

          Getting Exceptionally high bills since last two months. Load is same, i you compare meter reading from past only once i had received that much high bill that was during construction in home.

          i strongly believe either meter reading is deliberately taken wrong by new person or meter is not functioning properly.

CA no[protected] Rekha Rani.but this electricity connection install on my property which my grandmother Kaushlya devi w/o menga ram transferred to me and my brother and sister Renu or Neeraj Malhotra without my knowledge and without my or my grandmothers NOC. So kindly do the needful and Save my Family.and uninstall illegal meter from my property I already uninstall her igl gas connection behalf of my legall papers within 3 days igl uninstall the illegal connection

              Illegal Dues Transfer on CA Number 1533320706

              I've been charged with an illegal dues transfer of INR 19788.00 on my CA Number[protected], bill number[protected] with due date 4 August. We have enquired about the dues transfer by visiting the nearby BSES office and we have been informed that a temporary meter was installed and the dues which were not paid on the temporary meter was transferred to my CA number. The BSES official also told us that my CA number is appointed as a guarantor...

                    The location in the address in CA number[protected] is incorrectly updated in short form as G.Puri whereas the correct location is Govindpuri.

                    Rest of the address is correct. If this can be correct I'll be very thankful.

                      Few of bses Rajdhani officials visited my residence on January 31st, 2023, to relocate the electricity meter from inside the house to outside. Unfortunately, during the shifting process, bses personnel accidentally broke the meter. In their attempt to fix it, they resorted to using fevikwik. When we raised our objections, they ultimately arranged for and installed a new meter on the same day, January 31st, 2023. To verify this, I urge you to check the current meter installation date, as your claim states a meter removal date of February 12th, 2023, which is completely inaccurate. The meter was forcibly removed and broken by your officials only, and several parts of the broken meter are still present on the wall.
                      "After this, one day, four to five people suddenly came home in the month of May and started video recording the entire house. When asked, they explained that it was a case of meter tampering under investigation. We informed them about the whole incident. Meanwhile, the meter relocation work was being carried out in the entire street, which you can verify. The entire matter is very clear: the BSES personnel broke the meter and replaced it on the same day. However, despite this, we received a fine of Rs 84, 000, which is completely unjust."

                      Whereas, during the meter replacement, the supervisor named Sunil was present and he provided us with the new meter. On the same day, he assured us that the fault lies with BSES and advised us not to worry. After that, we had no further communication until May, and even now, there has been no communication. I only received a fine letter through post.

                        There was a power failure in my area (Chattarpur Extension) on 12.06.2023.
                        It has lasted from 9PM to 6AM. It is still ongoing.

                        Despite multiple complaints, no resolution was provided.

                        I was provided false information on call. I was assured of escalation and resolution but nothing was done.

                            I am Amarjeet solanki S/o Rampat R/o H.no-158, Matiala, UttamNagar, New Delhi-110059, today i.e. on 26.05.2023 some officials of BSES came to install Electricity Transformer adjacent to my shop having Address- Plot No.40, Ground Floor, Shop No. 1, Suraj Vihar, Block II, UttamNagar, New Delhi-110059.
                            It is pertinent to mention that the place of installation of transformation choosen by BSES will hinder the access of me and my neighbors and will definitely effect our businesses resulting in immense loss.
                            Therefore it is a humble request from me and my neighbors before you to instantly intervene in this matter and act as you ma deem appropriate.
