Hello Both my wife and myself bought lenses from Vision express and we are seriously sad that we got cheated. The lenses are of progressive type and soon after wearing for sometime we got strain on the eyes and also headache. Its so sad that after paying 8, 000 for a pair of lenses the situation is so bad. We had worn earlier Crysil lenses and never had such issues. The lenses are seriously poor quality., We are unable to understand the next course of action.

Few weeks before i bought a Glass(Spex) in Vision Express in offer of buy 1 and get 1. First they started to cheat by only this offer for frame not for lens. but it was not given that offer.

However i bought the lens and frame for Rs. 8000. they said polyfiber glass is the best and has some features. so i got convinced and bought. After one month lens got broken, when i went to get warranty replacement. They asked are you handling in one hand and i said yes. After that they got my Spex and mobile number and they said we ll call you. Day after that day, one girl from the shop called me and said we wont replace your lens, because i handle it in one hand, so no replacement.

its fault in lens quality and they not accepting.. Its really very worst and guys don't buy any spex from there. better we can go for Titatan and fastrack brands.

I got my spectacles made from your hudson lane outlet. The spectacles I got were useless, I could not see through those provided lenses. Your people tried changing it twice, but still, I couldn't see anything Then, your store manager said, we cant do anything. You buy another piece I am been wearing them from past 12 years, have never witnessed this in my life, Your store manager is not even taking any responsibility / regarding the same 4 weeks he made me wait, for this alteration process. Dear Friends, I bought spectacle lens from vision express bel Road, bangaloreon 14.04.2013 by paying Rs.8048.30. The lens got blurred within 6 months. When I went to showroom they adjusted again the problem repeated. I am not happy with the product. I am very much disappointed. The staff there unable to tell me why and how it has happened? They are not prepared to exchange or replace within warranty period. A company like Reliance is behaving like this. I don't under stand. This is my worst experience. I went and check my eye power status in vision express. Their one guy invite me and give good motivating speech about the glass and and its use. But i omit and went my house. But he constantly called my mobile one day more than ten call he made me. So again i went this shop and gave order for my power glass. They gave many promises so i like that time during February 2013 and i bought glass also. Now almost 5 month only running the glass and frame totally damaged i went that shop and inform about this but they did not respond anything. They blaming myself and they gave many promise about the product but not even single promise they did not happen true, I am so worried about this. Kindly People from any where in world please understand the true value and all about this shop. They are not at all care about there promise (like 1 year replacement warranty and any damage they will give new glass and frame) So before go to Vision Express think and do.

I bought a Spectacle (Frame less) from Vision Express, Jaipur which lens was broken while using very softly. The lens is very poor quality material as I experienced. I am using frame less spectacle since more than 15 years. It is my first experice of this much poor quality of lenses. At the time of buying they told me that it is very good quality glasses and charged me Rs. 2500.

I think Vision Express by showing their well mentained big stores, selling very poor qualiity of lenses, frame etc. may be from dumping yards of Europe and other developed countries.

I brought this issue to the Vision Express and requested to replace the lenses but they are not supporting at all. I will take this issue to the Consumer Forum and other legal platform.

I have been a regular user of coated lenses for the past 10 years and I feel cheated after buying Vision Express products. That too after referring couple of my friends to buy their products. I feel sad that I persuaded them also to choose a rubbish brand from the cheat Reliance Group..

I have a very bad and bitter experience with Vision Express. I fell for deceptive offers. About a year ago, I bought two frames for myself...

Got new specs made with coated lenses from Vision Express , Prahlad nagar, Ahmedabad. Within one and half year the coating on the lenses started peeling off.

Clear evidence of substandard lenses and wrong promotion of additional spectacles on the purchase.

Recommended to go for Lawrence and Mayo, which is the best in the Spectacles and very professional. Lenses made at Lawrence and Mayo four years back still as good as new

I have perchaged the Vision Express Frame for Rs 4,500 , colour coating is coming out and looks like colourless frame, it is some manufacture defect and asked for replacement or repaire they didn't do that.
this experience happned at Sankaramatt vison express Bangalore.

I have approached the vission express outlet located at thirmulgherry (Hyderabad, A.P, India ) for contact lenses on 24 July 2011. After the eye check up i placed an order for the contact lenses (yearly) and paid 200 rupees in advance i was promised that contact lenses will be delivered on 29 july 2011. Since there was no response from the outlet , i went and spoke to the concerned person their and he told me that he will try to refund the ammount, today ie 1 AUG 2011, when i am trying to contact them at[protected] no one is answering my call .
Reuest the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriosuly.

Me and my father bought a spectacle of arnd 5000/- and a contact lenses of three months pack.
Bt aftr 10-15 days.. the coating of glasses started showing some prob. We were told to provide the best coating so that no Fog formation will take place. Bt it wasnt true..
They charged 5000/- and trust me , the quality of glasses are so pathetic, very poor... tht a local optician could hv provided us the better glasses fr spectacles... and when given fr repair.. we gave it on 13th july and now its 22nd.. and We got no answer from them.. everday they say tomorrow... at first palce, they didnt admit their mistake , bt when given fr test, the fault ws shown...
so, I recommend all the people tht to be aware of this... and its better to opt fr sum local optician ,then vision express... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...!!!!!! BEWARE..!!

I have purchased a spectacle from Reliance Vision express Koramangala One and a half moths back. I was of Rs 2000 for the lens and 1500 for the frame makes a total of Rs 3500. Once after getting the product in hand and started using it, i felt its not sitting properly and has a bending on it and showed it in the shop. They simply adjusted the frame just to make me fool. As I was getting head ache whenever i use this spectacle, i went to consult my doctor, he told me that its nose pad has some problems, and it is not sitting properly. He told me to stop using it. I was shocked that, after spending a good amount of money for the spectacle it was of poor quality. I just went to the shop to show them, they made some adjustments to the frame and gave back. But ii did not make any difference. Then I took a new spectacle from another shop.I am wondering that, how come they are making the products so costly without ensuring the quality of the product. And moreover our eyes are most important to the us and nobody want to take a chance.
I will strongly recommend my friends and colleagues to avoid purchasing spectacles from Vision express.Very poor quality products and poor customer care.

I had bought a spectacle from Vision Express one year back. Firstly there frame broke within a year. Still having faith in Vision Express I again went to Shop No 13/14/15, Meghdhanush Complex, Above Mirch Masala Restaurant, Gotri Road, Vadodara – 390021 and got a new frame one month back for Rs. 1999.00 Hoevever they fitted the frame by heating and assured all services in future as well. Over a period of one month I found I was not comfortable with the frame.
Still I bought another spectacle from Vision Express More shopping complex on assurance that my earlier frame will be replaced. He talked to Gotri Road branch and got assurance as well.
Today on 27th March 2011 I visited the Gotri Branch and the experience was horrible. They refused to change the frame.
Now I need my money back of the frame and the spectacles ( in turn I will return both to vision express) on the ground of false assurance and non-fulfillment of the promise. Secondly no action should be initiated against the employee of the More branch as they were very cooperative. I faction is to be initiated it should be against the Megdhanush complex branch, Vadodara

Recently I was visited your vision express show room located at periyar nagar Perambur area Chennai. I ordered pair of spects to my mother and wife of order Nos 872 and 901 respectively. At the time of order the sales woman who attended us told me that there is a offer in our show room who purchased the spects of worth Rs2000/- and above we will provide another set of spects as free by paying just Rs99/-only. I was very much impressed and asked her to provide another set for self and daughter.For this she was agreed . Today we visited the shop the person who is incharge of shop has refused to provide the offer.And his language used is cant tolerate.

Is this way of people behaving with customers? If possible kindly do the needful.

This is for VISION EXPRESS, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad(UP).
I got powered sun glasses made from them for Rs 2100. They charged more than MARKET. I thought, no worries, at least they will give QUALITY.
But to my surprise the frame used was not of more than Rs 400, Nose Pads used were of Rs 15 quality and even glass is not fit. Frame couldn't hold glass for more than 1 Week at a stretch. It simply falls down.
