Visu Leasing Personal Loan — Wrong loan on my name and affecting my cibil score

Hi,
My name is vishwanath and my pan no AQLPV2064J when i check my cibil score and detailed report, i got to know that there is an account which is closed and there is showing an late fee of rs-2 from this personal loan company with loan account num-LXHYD[protected] for 1600-rs and its still showing in my report which is hugely affecting cibil score
