Visufin — fraud account affecting cibil score

I have not opened any loan account from this company but it is shown in my cibil report and it shows that i have 3 bounces, i have never even heard of this company, i have never got a message that i have created a account in this company, please take action against this company and clear them from my cibil report, i want my credit report to be cleared as soon as possible
