Visufin — loan taken unknowingly

My full name is jayanth kumar s r i've cleared all the loans which was taken by me and when i checked my cibil score through paisa bazaar app there is two loans which is active and the amount is 4rs and 119rs both because of these loans my cibil score is affected and it was shocking to me so please check this fraud, looking forward for your positive response
