Visufin — not taken any loan, but showing 8 rupees od in cibil

My name is ANVESHA, my phone - [protected]. my pan number (BWIPC7226H). Sir my cibil score was dropped due to non payment of my emi of loan taken by visufin, it was showing
8 outstanding is there in your account but i didn't took any loan from visufin but is was showing in my account. It was impacting my cibil score. So kindly needful help to solve this issue.

I have never applied for any personal loan with VISUFIN. But I don't know how, I see a CIBIL Score enquiry on my CIBIL report for a 3 Lakh Rupees Loan.

How a company pull customers CIBIL Score without their consent? I want to see the proof from VISUFIN of how and when then took my consent.
