Visvesvaraya Technological University — About PDC issue

I am Ranjitha B M(4VM17EE054) I had applied for PDC on 27th of October and paid fee on 29th of October and I got the mail that I have successfully paid the fees. I attached the PDC form and payment copy, it has been a 6 days now but I have not yet received the PDC so please solve the problem as soon as possible.
