[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Amount Debited from account but payment status is showing as failure

Sir/madam,
I have paid 564.16 Rs amount for pdc including the taxes. The amount got deducted from my bank account but in the eddts website it's still showing me payment as failure and to repay the amount again. I have not received refund of the amount yet. So please refund the amount as soon as possible to my bank account. I have attached the payment screenshot for your reference.
