Visvesvaraya Technological University — EDDTS PORTAL OTP VERIFICATION ISSUE FOR provisional degree certificate

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP on my mobile number Inorder to verify .So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated. Please help me out in this respect. Kindly contact me and resolve the issue.
