Visvesvaraya Technological University — Entered wrong Phone number while registering on eDDTs website

Hi,

I tried to register on eDDTs website as I needed transcripts of my Bachelor degree. But while entering the phone number, I typed in wrong and I am not able to receive OTP for the verification now. I tried signing up again and it shows that the USN is already registered.
Please help me with this issue so that I can register with my correct phone number.
