Visvesvaraya Technological University — I'm complaining about not receiving OTP during registration

Hi Team,

I am not receiving any OTP while registering my mobile number to apply for transcripts.
I am currently residing outside of India, but my Indian number is active and valid

This is the second complaint i am raising as the previous one which I raised couple of weeks ago didn't get any responses
