Visvesvaraya Technological University — no one picks up the phone

I have been calling several times to the vtu office with regards to the degree certificate that i did not receive but no one seems to pick up the call. I stay in gurgaon now and it is difficult to come down there to collect it. The person once picked up was very unprofessional and rude and did not clearly helped me with the queries, instead directed me to some other things.
Could some one help me out with the procedure to re apply for the degree certificate.
I need it on the immediate basis. Kindly reply or pick up the phone anyone.

Hello, I had applied for consolidation marks card all Semester before 15 days, which I have not received till date, I have tried calling vtu but none of the calls are received, so kindly help in this.

I have applied for transcripts on 16th dec 2021.. and today it's 5th Feb 2022..

Even after several follow ups through email and call, I have received no response from vtu..

We need a fix for this behaviour from VTU..

It sucks..
