I am Khushi Gautam, bearing USN-1RN21CS078. I have never signed up on the EDDTS portal, but it shows that I have. I am trying to log in, but I forgot the password. I also forgot the password to the registered mobile number, and I haven't received the password reset link on my mobile number. I urgently need to submit some documents to my company, so I request you to please resolve my issue. I have tried calling customer care, but there has been no response. This is very urgent, so please help me out.
