I have already filed a complaint about not being able to login to eddts portal, and still no action has been taken by vtu. Nor do you pickup when we call on helpline numbers. Is this really how a university works?!!
I need my pdc ASAP!! Plz go through my previous complaint and get back to me and resolve my issue. You cannot make your students wait this longer!!
Or I would be glad to write a letter to PMO about your services!
