Visvesvaraya Technological University — Not able to access EDDTS portal from VTU

I tried registering on the EDDTS portal but I didn't receive an OTP number. I tried to register again and wanted to change the mobile number but now the site says the University Seat Number (USN) is already registered. I can't login as I haven't received the OTP or Password. Can you please help ?
