[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Not getting OTP from VTU

Dear all,

I am trying to apply for my transcripts, but after writing my mobile number, iam unable to receive my OTP to my registered number. I tried so many times to VTU, but no body receives the telephone call. If they do not even helpline, then better to shut down VTU.
