Dear VTU, My name is Bhardwaj Pothnis and my USN is 1JB11ME015. I am trying to verify my mobile number for VTU's online portal, but I am not receiving the OTP. I have tried multiple times and still have not received the OTP. I also tried to reset my password, but it says that my USN or mobile number is incorrect. I have double-checked my information and it is correct. Kindly advise on how to get this issue resolved as I need to access my VTU account for applying for transcripts as I will enroll for further studies in Ireland.
