Visvesvaraya Technological University — Otp not received, hence unable to access the website and not able to get certificate

I have registered in eddts web portal. It's been 3 months i didn't received the otp, I have contacted all the helpline numbers. No one responded till now. And the mail id is also not working. What's the problem, how can a student contact the vtu?
