Visvesvaraya Technological University — Payment page is not working

As my application for acquiring the Provisional degree Certificate for Master of Computer Application has successfully filled ., but I`m not able to pay the fee for the certificate.

please Solve this issue ., as its very urgency . hope that the issue will be solved.
