Dear Sir/Madam
This is come to my notice that on 09-july-2019 exam of DATA COMMUNICATION 17cs46 exam question paper by VTU is a big mishap. The question paper setter has completely jumbled the questions from one module into another. Ex. IPV4 & IPV6 belong to Module-5 but has been asked in Module-4, AND MUCH MORE. I don't see that syllabus as mentioned in your VTU website for 17cs46 is followed while making the question paper. The question is students study according to syllabus and this will impact on their results as they must have studied so well but JUMBLING OF QUESTIONS FROM ONE MODUKE TO ANOTHER HAS MADE THEN LOOSE THEIR MARKS WHICH IS TOTALLY UNFAIR
I kindly request you to seek into this issue since it's a matter of 1000s of young STUDENTS LIFE that they have been MISLEADED by this QUESTION PAPER MISHAP. THIS SMALL IGNORANCE CAN LEAD TO A BIG LOSS TO A LOT OF STUDENTS.

I had applied for an official transcript to be sent to WES.
As per the sakala website my application was approved on 02 Jul 2019 but
there has been no movement till date (01-Aug-2019).
It would be great if the university could update the status on the application
