Visvesvaraya Technological University — request to update registered mobile number otp verification issue

I am currently trying to access the VTU portal, but I am facing an issue with mobile number verification. I had initially registered using my USA mobile number, but the OTP verification failed. Because of this, I am unable to complete the login process.
