Visvesvaraya Technological University — Unable to login my account on eddts and not gets marks card

I created an account on eddts.vtu.ac.in for Consulted marks card . I ordered the marks card and payment also done still didn't get marks card . when I try to log in my account. Its saying incorrect password. The OTP message of eddts where I get password is by mistake deleted . there is no option of reset password.
