Hi. I'm trying to verify my phone number on eddts portal and haven't received any OTP. I've waited for over 2 hours now. Need some help

Hi,
Even I am facing the same issue and need my transcripts for WES evaluation for immigration purpose, is there anyway I could reach out to you over email / linkedin / mobile. I am in the same situation too and needed some inputs.

No idea bruh. I'm kinda blocked here because of this just like so many other people. I've already made the WES payment and submitted their docs. Now this is happening with no resolution in sight anytime soon

Hey send an email to eddts @ vtu.ac.in (remove the spaces) and state the problem and mention the USN and phone number. I got an OTP after that and verified it

Hey man. I just received the otp after I send them an email with USN and phone number stating my problem. And phone is verified now. Thanks! I thought of doing this yesterday not sure why I didnt

But now it says the need to verify the profile or what ever and will send me login credentials on my sms? How long is this going to take?
