Respected sir/madam
This is to bring to your notice that the be exam dated 9th july 2019 for the subject data communications for 4th semester computer science cbcs scheme had major issues.
Most of the questions asked were not a part of their respective modules. Module 3 was full of questions from module 4, except for one question. Module 2 was full of module 1 questions, except a few. Module 4 was full of topics from module 5.
According to the "question paper pattern" given in the syllabus sheet of vtu, it clearly states that "there will be 2 questions from each module" and that "each question will have questions covering all the topics under that module"
The question paper set today clearly violated the above rule.
I would like to know, how is this issue going to be resolved.
Please note that modules 2 and 3 carry the least marks, 4 and 6, while it should have been 20 marks as per cbcs 2017 scheme which is published by vtu (http://vtu.ac.in/pdf/cbcs/201718/csesyll.pdf)
