[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — VTU not responding to calls and mails, regarding to verification of genuineness of documents

Hello,

I have graduated from VTU university in 2022 and did my Bachelor of Architecture. I have applied for my master's degree in Uk, and to verify my degree certificate the Uk visa office has sent a mail to VTU to verify my degree. I have made the necessary payment to the VTU. But there has been no response from the VTU if the verification mail has been done to the UK visa office. I have tried to reach to the VTU by mail and phone, but they are not responding.
