I made an online payment of Rs 400 via UPI transaction on 07/10/21 at 6:43 pm to get my provisional degree certificate from vtu. The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu. Kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded.
