VIT University — The payment of that was failed and amount debited

On 23/07/2020 I did a payment of 6017/- to vit University.The payment was failed and the amount was debited from my account but in the VIT portal it's showing as not paid, will you please look into my request and update my payment details today.Because today is last date for the payment that I want to do for the University.
