Vitalife Clinic — Incorrect detection of stones in my Kidneys

Complaint: Incorrect detection of stones in my Kidneys Vitalife clinic(pimple saudagar, pune) gave me appointment for my sonography at the pimple saudagar clinic on 29-May-2015. In their report they wrongly detected stones in both of my kidneys and also reported that my gallbladder has no stones (even though my gallbladder was already surgically removed earlier). When they gave me this wrong diagnosis, I suffered mental trauma, went to urlogists for treatment/removal of stones, who finally (after another 2 sonographys) established that I do not have any stones in kidneys and in their report they also established that my gallbladder is absent. I spoke to Subodh Kumar (Incharge) at vitalife who assured compensation but never returned calls to me later. In this complaint I would like vitalife to compensate me for all the charges and trauma that I had to bear due to their negligence and wrong diagnostics. All the proofs/pictures of incorrect and correct reports are attached.
