Vitalife Clinic — No dr on time false commitment

On frieday 02/10/15 I have called Vitalife Pashan, Sus road, for a cardio dr and and one lady ph operator asked me to come by Monday around 8 am, and I have reached at time but find there is no dr and my appointment is booked for 9am, & no one was there who could attend me, the counter person's are terrible, uneducated, mannerless,
