This guy Vitthal Anna([protected]) is a total fraud. He took 3700/- from me for the license. Then at the time of written test he asked me for another 700/- rupees stating that it is for some kind of fees. I cleared the test however Vitthal asked for another 1200/- rupees to take a driving test appointment. Finally, I decided to do all the things on my own and asked him to give me my half of the money back however now he is just making up stories. Recently, he started ignoring my calls and messages. When I am calling him up, he is just switching off his mobile. I am totally frustrated by his behaviour. Like other people are mentioning, even I am not sure why RTO officials are entertaining him.
