Don't get things done by him. He will take less money first and then ask for more money. Number 1 fraudster....

Fraud and scamster agent. Don't give documents to this person.

This person took 1300 for NOC and when calling for updates not picking up the call and when picks up he asked me to call in 10 minites and then again become non responsive.

He had even used somebody's death being reason for delay.

After calling him for past 1 month I still don't have my NOC with me.

Fraudster guy....

This guy Vitthal Anna([protected]) is a total fraud. He took 3700/- from me for the license. Then at the time of written test he asked me for another 700/- rupees stating that it is for some kind of fees. I cleared the test however Vitthal asked for another 1200/- rupees to take a driving test appointment. Finally, I decided to do all the things on my own and asked him to give me my half of the money back however now he is just making up stories....

This ### guy VItthal Kadam having mobile [protected] was seating with RTO officials when at 42 number in Pune RTO when I visited. He asked me about the required choice number. As he was well known there and seating with officials, I thought that it will be ok to provide him the details. He asked me for 4000 DD and 500 cash.
