I'm a resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra. My husband got a call that the couple is invited to collect the free holiday voucher to Hotel Legend Inn. No purchase no holiday packages will be sold. We, after a tiring day at our respective offices reached the hotel at 9.30 pm. The executives gave us a rousing welcome and then started their game plan. They started briefing us about the holiday membership and finally conviyua to take one. They promised 3 extra weeks, 15 k parlour vouchers, promised us booking just 48 hours prior irresponsible of the season, the AMC had to be paid on pro rata basis as according to them. We were asked to sign the papers and we paid the amount 72, 000/ in one go.
The real story unfolds here after the Membership. No call response from them, no customer care support response. I mailed them that the welcome letter isn't received at my end and then I got one, not giving any details of the benefits of the membership. I mailed them for booking a holiday but response yet again. I called up the executives Kartik Agrawal and Vishal Gupta, after which I got a mail but that demandes AMC amount of 10, 620/ . Now, I realised that I've been duped completely.
I request, please help us out of this. It's our hard earned money and crooks like Kartik Agrawal and Vishal Gupta are all around to trap people. Was this information helpful? |
