I am from Nashik, Maharashtra. I paid Vivanta 50000 rs. before 8-10 months through a credit card for a 5-year plan. But after a few days, their representatives did not pick up the calls. Customer care no is not working. I want my funds to return.
I am sending an email to booking but there email @vivantahospitality.com shows it's invalid and there website is also not available... I have got to know now they have changed there website...

I would like to alert everyone that Vivnata Hospitality pvt ltd. is a big fraud company and they are looting the hard earned money of people on the name of vacation membership. Plese be alert of this. I have also been cheated of Rs.180000/-. And now the company is disappeared. No customer care number or email id is working.
I'm looking for the person "Manik", the biggest fraud I've ever seen.

I need my amount to be refunded I have already logged the complain to cm portal Uttar Pradesh FIR Already lodge CONTACTing Delhi and noida police for joint operations to get this guys fix I want my money back you ###...

They are bloody fake cheating people entire India it’s a big scam need to fix the company and want each and every employee go to the jail soon...

Already paid high membership fees on account of getting hotel stay benefits but even after several repeated mails, whatsapp

I am Nitin Kumar, actually i have paid Rs 76500 to Vivanta Hospitality Pvt Ltd for hotel booking package(i have paid this amount from my credit card) where they have promised to give 4-5 start hotel for booking.
But now when I am sending an email to booking but there email ([protected]@vivantahospitality.com)shows it's invalid and there website is also not available... I have got to know now they have changed there website and email id again so that they can cheat other people also... I just need my money back plz help me.

I got to know of Vivanta Hospitality Pvt Ltd back in December 2021 at Lonavala. I was with my wife for a family vacation. They initially invited us to a hotel nearby city centre. Once we reached we were welcomed by their team members with refreshments. Then one of the executive (a lady) started briefing us with their plans. It looked like the company is offering great deals on vacations. After some time she called one of her manager ( a male)...

Vivanta vacation club has cheated me after selling package they didint respond and when reached customer care they assured that i will get booking now their mail is unavailable customercare is out of reach that means there is no means of contact and the company is con they are lying in name of vivanta by taj as they are not vivanta group its a fake company they keep on cheating people and luring them with free gifts i m cheated with 76000 plz beware of these fake company complained on cusumer support also but they cannot help.

Guys don't go this company, 100% fraud/ fake company/ wrong commitment/ they target innocent people from your city. And get to deal on the table on the spot. That was wrong, if actually any company want to deal with them, package was valid a month or certain days...this guys will Offer only on table, they force you to pay membership fee on table via credit card.(Nicely given EMI options) all are fake..they just wasting your time and money also... government should stop this kind of companies.and cheater gange.

They set up an event in Landmark Hotel in Kanpur and invented me, Mr. Rahul Kumar has given a plan and he also offered bonuses and all (fraud) . I paid them 83000 rupees he commited to start the membership next day. Now it's more than a month, I don't recieved any membership kit or anything, just a welcome mail which do not talk about the offers and payment recieved, I felt cheated u asked them to start my membership but they didn't and now customer care is not responding and the this Rahul is also lying everytime. This is a fraud company. I asked them to refund me from that day they are not responding. I am going to file case against them.

I'm a resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra. My husband got a call that the couple is invited to collect the free holiday voucher to Hotel Legend Inn. No purchase no holiday packages will be sold. We, after a tiring day at our respective offices reached the hotel at 9.30 pm. The executives gave us a rousing welcome and then started their game plan. They started briefing us about the holiday membership and finally conviyua to take one. They promised 3 extra weeks, 15 k parlour vouchers, promised us booking just 48 hours prior irresponsible of the season, the AMC had to be paid on pro rata basis as according to them. We were asked to sign the papers and we paid the amount 72, 000/ in one go.
The real story unfolds here after the Membership. No call response from them, no customer care support response. I mailed them that the welcome letter isn't received at my end and then I got one, not giving any details of the benefits of the membership. I mailed them for booking a holiday but response yet again. I called up the executives Kartik Agrawal and Vishal Gupta, after which I got a mail but that demandes AMC amount of 10, 620/ . Now, I realised that I've been duped completely.
I request, please help us out of this. It's our hard earned money and crooks like Kartik Agrawal and Vishal Gupta are all around to trap people.

We were being frauded by the team of vivanta hospitality pvt ltd in chandigarh hotel hometel for providing 4 and 5 star properties . They sdont stand on commitment given at the time of buying tha package.On the name of booking after 50 calls they respond to one and regularly chasing them they give less dan 3 star properties to high end customers. After being discussed these people say no verbal commitments wil be take as per the time of selling the package was done. We fell really humiliated. We want our complete refund back.
This company can only give you 2 or 3 star stuff that too after 100 calls. Extremely pathetic company.We paid amount of 40000.

This side Simran from Chandigarh . I m also of this view Vivanta Hospitality is a fraud company. On Jan 22nd 2022 this company had their set up in Hotel Hometell Chandigarh . Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa and Mr. Rahul pitched us for a deal and we also got caught in their fraudulent measure. We gave them 60000. It's more than a month and i m unable to make any bookings with them... I'm following up with Mr. Veerdeep, Mr. Rahul and customer care executive s on mails and watsapp for booking s but no response till date... Either hotels are not available or they say I'm unable to book more than one room for a night ... I was pitched by Mr. Veerdeep u can Book all your nights in one go and in any five star or properties in India and abroad. And around Feb 5 th 2022 ...Mr. Veerdeep Bajwa is unreachable on phone n watsapp ...his colleagues said he had been posted to Gangtok after he had a dispute with the management of Vivanta...and what I see on this portal ...that Mr.Veerdeep is trapping many other innocent people and playing with their hard earned money... I asked their executive s to cancel my deal and give me refund as I am unable to make booking... But they say it is non refundable ...This clause is mentioned on the agreement...Mr. Veerdeep pitched me Ma'am anytime you wish to cancel it ...I'll cancel this agreement and provide you with refund...but now where are you Mr.Veerdeep ...
