We were being frauded by the team of vivanta hospitality pvt ltd in chandigarh hotel hometel for providing 4 and 5 star properties . They sdont stand on commitment given at the time of buying tha package.On the name of booking after 50 calls they respond to one and regularly chasing them they give less dan 3 star properties to high end customers. After being discussed these people say no verbal commitments wil be take as per the time of selling the package was done. We fell really humiliated. We want our complete refund back.
This company can only give you 2 or 3 star stuff that too after 100 calls. Extremely pathetic company.We paid amount of 40000. Was this information helpful? |
