I won a booking voucher from vivanta vacaton club. I called them to know when this voucher can be redeemed. I was told it can be redeemed in April. So I planned my vaction from 13-16th april, 2022. I sent the details in January over a mail to which I was said. Sir you will surely get the booking. Please pay the convenience fee and contact after 10th March as we do bookings 30 days before only. I contacted them on 13th March, 2022 and was told due to rush of holi bookings please contact us after 20th March, you will surely get the booking. Post that from 21st April to 25th April, I called them twice a day everytime different person picked the call and said we are sending you confirmation mail in just an hour don't worry sir. Then after 5 days of continous harassment I shouted on one of the callers. She said sir we can't give as the bookings are closed. Although the hotel East bourne in Shimla is available for the same date. Very poor service and non-reply to mail. I don't know how they deal with paid members as well.
Never ever buy vivanta membership. They are frauds adn very poor customer service as well.
