I took membership and now from 3 months no one answer

We have taken membership from vivanta hospitality for vacation of 10 year in feb 2022. we can book online vacation by calling customer care or its website. now from somedays website is not working and no one answer customer care call.

I won a booking voucher from vivanta vacaton club. I called them to know when this voucher can be redeemed. I was told it can be redeemed in April. So I planned my vaction from 13-16th april, 2022. I sent the details in January over a mail to which I was said. Sir you will surely get the booking. Please pay the convenience fee and contact after 10th March as we do bookings 30 days before only.
