[Resolved] Vivanta Vacation Club — Not refunding money | |||
On request, visited hotel Raddison at bhopal on 5th feb 22 attended promotional programme. After so many attractive offer paid rs 55000 for membership. After payment agreement executed and going through conditions of agreement it was shocking to note that committment during presentation was totally different than agreement conditions and felt cheated by company representatives.Immediately requested personally and through email to cancel membership and refund payment made. Repetedely requesting co. on tel and emsil to refund but no response from co. Kindly help to arrange refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

"As per your request your refund has been approved, it will take time 10-15 days.we will update you when your cheque would be deliver." | |||

I don’t think so that’s a fraud company the book rooms midnight we getting a two rooms for two days in Bandhavgarh show Mr Nsay you are wrong

I am Shweta Srivastava I join Vivanta vacation in Radison blue Bhopal thank you so much veerdeep Bajwa Really so nice relation manager and he booked our room in very short term in midnight now we going to Bandhavgarh two rooms in lemon tree Wildlife resort for two days I really appreciate to you vacation club and I am not agree with previous reviews that company is not a fraud the thing is that if we asking a right thing they always giving what they commit if we want extra requirement that not include in this concept they are totally say no and that is right because the guys are not commit now why they give it so I am so happy with Vivanta vacation club five star

Yes I have also been cheated in Bhopal by Veerdeep Bajwa it's a fake company.
