The company is not providing the full benefits as per said by the selling employee and not answering the calls and mail from the supports and also not refunding the package money

I had taken membership of the Vivanta Vacation club (Aunit of vivanta hospitality pvt ltd.) on 20 May 2022, paying 10000 in cash and 11000 by UPI. They offered us some nice holiday packages for two years and we could expend the scheme by paying extra.
I have tried to contact them several times time to time but their numbers are not working at all.

It is to bring to your notice that after I had tea in my hotel room I felt uneasy. I found that the sugar provided in the hotel room was expired. I need the Management to look into the matter. Awaiting your response

We paid 1.5 Lacs for Vivanta club membership 2 years back in April and they put us into confidence that we’ll get services for 15 years and we will get travel plans and packages every time we ask for it or at least when it’s available.
We have tried to contact them 10/15 times in this last 2 years for vacation packages and we were flexible with EVERY month ANY day to at least get our money back but they said no dates are available...

Last year, probably in the month of June, we went on Lonavala vacation.
we met 2 guys on vacation, Those who were looking like school boys, they offered us to scratch some hand over cards. we also scratch cards.
They told us that we have got some gifts in the lucky draw.
Gifts we will meet tomorrow at a hotel where they have organized a party.
I can't remember the name of the hotel. When we go there, some people was selling a Vivanta Vacation Club packages to people.
And we were also called by lying. Then those people started giving us information about Vivanta Vacation Club.We had heard about Vivanta Vacation Club that it is a very big branded company. That's why we didn't have any doubt.
We liked the package so we thought of buying it, so those people filled some forms and took our signatures, And also get us to pay through credit cards.
Then after a few days when we tried to contact the companies for vacation booking, we were not able to contact them in any way.
No calls were being received, and no response is coming from any Gmail etc.
Fraud has happened with us.
And we also lost our 71000 rupees. We want our money return. please help us.

I purchased VIVANTA VACATION CLUB membership on 21/04/2022 for 5 Year Validity.

I want to know the status of my card and points but there has no any things to communicate.

So, it's my humble request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

My husband was called saying about an offer after purchasing a car. So we went to the hotel to which they called. They have given us a lecture of 45 mins and informed on all tour packages, hotels and flights. Since we had plans of travelling we believed their fake words and we have got many promises including vouchers and all.
So after signing the policy and paying money of 1.3lakh they informed us on yearly maintenance charges which I did not like.they swiped an extra amount of 3000 and informed on paying that through phonepe
I tried contacting them but there is no response and many emails were sent to them to cancel the agreement because of their fake words.
I had the policy document and emails for which I am directly going to lodge a complaint in consumer court with all the proofs I had along with their names.
Such an idiotic people and I strongly curse for cheating public and they should be shameful in earning by cheating people who work so hard to earn.

They have disappeared after taking g money. Email & ph.nos. provided non operational.

They set up an event in Redfox Hotel in hyderabad and invented me, Mr. Raj Malhotra has given a plan and he also offered bonuses and all (fraud) . I paid them 150000 rupees he committed to start the membership next day. Now it's more than a month, I didn't received any membership kit or anything, just a welcome mail which do not talk about the offers and payment received, I felt cheated u asked them to start my membership but they didn't and now customer care is not responding and the this Vishnu is also lying every time. This is a fraud company. I asked them to refund me from that day they are not responding. I am going to file case against them.

Shivani and her associates are a fraud people roaming in entire country of India targeting many people and giving false assurance of hotels booking, , please don't believe them and don't fall into their trap...

Grand Vivanta had provided me with a gift voucher for attending a session about their vacation plans, however, redeeming the voucher is a huge trouble. The gift voucher team is trained to not respond to emails and give irrelevant responses in such a way that the customer just rejects the idea of redeeming the voucher. I have emailed around 15-20 times and rang their customer care phone multiple times to only get fake call-back promises from them. Kindly refrain from this company.

Vivanta Vacation Club invite us for their event held in Radison Hotel on[protected]. Their they motivate us to take their membership plan so they arrange hotel rooms and other service at time of family vacation in 4-5 star hotels like Hotel Taj. they also gave us free movie tickets and 3 night/ 4 day stay in one of their associates Hotel around. we took Gold Membership for 5 years 6 night /7 days plan for Rs 90, 250/- which we agree to play through credit card. They provide us Membership card showing membership number and valid for 5 years. we swipe credit card for Rs 66, 000/- ( Rest is still not paid by us with the grace of god). As rest amount was pending from our side they call us to pay back along with Annual Maintenance Charges. I think around July- August 2022 received call for Balance amount and AMC but I told Balance amount is ok i will pay but AMC is not mention at time of event nor ask for it after 6 months how you ask for AMC. after that not get call nor i received any Email, call from them.
As i was planning for my Vacations in Dec or Jan 23. I try to call them. but i fail to contact them.

I feel helpless whom I ask for help. I search on internet. I found www.vivantahotels.com their I try to login through my mobile number. to my surprise it show my records little bit . my name membership number is difference as I was provided. but when i try to contact them regarding my Vivanta vacation club membership they told me its a Taj Hotel not Vivanta Vacation Club. In end of conversation they say its Hotel Taj so they don't entertain my query.
Help us in this regard

Hi, i purchased Vivanta vacation plan for 10 years and no kit recived no help recived from any help desk..

I tried 3 vacations in four months all of them they have not booked.

They are cheating just taking all the money and not responding... No proper customer service... Just luring people with movie tickets and vochers.

How do we get the money back.. i am middle class and this was 10 years vacation plan..

My wife and children lost there hope with kind of cheating people in this world.
