DATE OF JOINING AND LOCATION Your Date of joining is 07/04/2014. immediate placement will be at “Brijwasi coloney, ward no - 30, Bhiwani” 2. Commission/SALARY Your remuneration monthly income depends upon the business given by you. Income Slab 1. 10 % of every new member id activation 2. Office maintenance Amount a. 8, 000/- Rs (First Month) otherwise 5, 000/- Rs on achieving business of 2.5 Lac to 4 Lac b. 7, 500/- Rs on achieving business of 4 Lac to 7 Lac. c. 10, 000/- Rs on achieving business of 7 Lac to 10 Lac d. 12, 500/- Rs on achieving business of 10 Lac to 13 Lac. e. 15, 000/- Rs on achieving business of more than 13 Lac. 3. 10% commission, if a new franchisee open by your reference. 4. 1% Commission of the monthly business from a referred franchisee. 3. PROBATION AND CONFIRMATION You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your appointment. On completion of the probation, you will be confirmed in writing in your appointment if your performance and behavior is found satisfactory. The period of your probation may be extended at the discretion of the management. In the event of separation from the employment, during the probationary period an advance notice of one working day shall be required to be given by either side. On your confirmation, this contract of employment can be terminated with one months notice on either side. 4. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 1. You have to give 1 month notice period before separation from the company Otherwise Company will not be responsible for your salary or commissions. 2. If company faces any issues in regards to your work then franchisee will be terminated without stating any reason. 3. Any discrepancy in the salary of a particular member from your franchisee will not be entertained. 4. Every detail is collated and quantified and everything is documented, so any dispute regarding any transaction will not be entertained. 5. Manipulating an employee of the company in respect to either the company’s interest or his own can lead to financial deductions accordingly. 6. If you failed to achieve your specified targets and do not meet up to the expectation of the company your franchisee along with the members registered can be terminated for a certain time or permanently. 7. The amount available in a franchisee’s account in context to the company should be considered a property of the company and is strictly advised not to misuse it or invest in self needs. 8. A franchise with their members can be transferred to a different plan when the company cannot procure any business from the clients or if there is an urgent requirement in a different plan. 9. The company will only be responsible for the base amount of the franchisee with the members. 10. During the separation from the company, the base amount deposited by the franchisee or its members will be returned with interest (as per government norms) within a period of 9 to 12 months. 11. Be advised that your salary may be delayed sometimes during certain circumstances involving the company’s account in the preferred banks. 12. The franchisee will be responsible only for the base amount of its members and this point should be declared by the franchisee at the time of the members joining. 13. If a member’s base amount is returned from the company it is the responsibility of the franchisee to discuss the same with the member and get his acknowledgement on this and report to the company as well. 14. It is advised to the franchisees that they will have to be present at the time of a meeting or a seminar for which they will be informed beforehand. 15. If a complaint is filed by a new or existing member when he is denied proper assistance from the franchisee will impact directly on the respective franchisee’s commission. 16. Be advised that national holidays will be considered as they occur. 17. You may be assigned internal jobs from the company after reviewing your abilities and work efficiencies and benefits will be provided accordingly. 18. Company will terminate your franchisee in case of any leakage of company secure data or information. 19. Company has the rights to make any certain changes in the terms and conditions according to the status of the market or the revenue generated by the company. 20. Any legal action taken, for or against the company should occur within the region company is situated which will be Gurgaon otherwise it will not considered.
