Vivek Sharma — dmat dp charges and dmat commission

I think icici has gone out of their mind. Their customer care sucks, employees who are working don't know anything. They don't reply back even if i asked questions about my bank account. I opened my dmat account a year ago and at the time of opening the account no body mentioned about 1.25% of commission. They told me.5% will be charged on my account. Then i bought the prepaid commission which they told it will be little less.. And when i finally realised there is no use of prepaid, i revoked an they charged me full percentage of commission and refund me the balance after deducting 1.25% commission (After keeping my money for 1 year).
And recently they have started doing another blunder, they have started charging debit card fee on my dmat. Secondly there is so weird transaction of rs 1357 as dp charges, god knows what charges are these and for what?
This is something really out of line. And i'm moving my accounts to another bank which are offering me less % of commission and no hidden charges wahtsoever. And i'm not even getting notification of these deductions.
If anybody from the bank is listening.. I need you to resolve these issues asap..
