Viveks India — Install the outdoor unit which is faulty and not proper response

Last week I bought a Samsung split AC worth Rs.43500 and after one day the mechanics from Vivek's came for installation. They install and unable to find the fault in outdoor unit. They promised to do it immediate next day and got my signature. But after 3 days also there is no proper response from Vivek. They are delaying and Iam in stress by losing the money in buying faulty product....

Viveks India — Not picking the ac from home

Dear sir,

We had ordered the ac last week for which viveks had delivered wrong ac. I cancelled the order. Now the ac is lying in our house for more than 1 week. Even after repeated complaints, no staff from viveks selaiyur is picking up the ac. I have never seen such a worst service in my life. Request you to take immediate action.
