I have ordered a phone t2 pro on 10th March and order I'd for that order is -

I have paid the amount ₹20999 from my HDFC credit card ending with 1052 and my money was also deducted but order was not confirmed and it shows closed
It has been more than 12 days and I didn't receive the refund yet I even contacted HDFC Bank customer care and they told me that my payment was successful on vivo India website
So please help me refunding the money as soon as possible

I am attaching the credit card statement in which u can see my money is deducted on Vivo on 10 th of March and it didn't come back yet
They reply me via email that they have received payment against my order and told me that they will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours but they never refund even after 20 days
All the reply me again and again is they sent me mail that I didn't provided the required details. What details? They had not asked for any details ever. Plus, they have all the details they need. They need to refund to the source that doesn't require to add any detail
