Respected Team,
This is a strong complaint regarding my *Vivo T4R 5G / Arctic White / 256G+8G, IMEI: 8627***_1353 (Purchase Date:[protected]* which is well within warranty.

Fault: Fogging in rear camera (Handset under ELS) - Receipt Attached
Receptionist: Tannu
Service Center: 319, Ground Floor, Radhe Radhe Homes, Near Sabji Mandi, Gorakhpur-273004
On 15/09/2026, I was called to the service center after my first complaint and was assured of a permanent fix. However, the camera module was NOT replaced. The technician only cleaned the lens and heated it and returned the phone. At the center, the fog was not visible at that moment.
*Current Status - 24/09/2026:*
Today while clicking photos, the SAME fogging problem has returned. This proves that only a temporary fix was done to close the job sheet, the actual manufacturing defect was not resolved.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect and not due to any physical or liquid damage as mentioned in your own service sheet (Handset under ELS).
I want to bring to your notice that *this phone belongs to a student.* He attends his *online classes from this same phone, so his studies are getting badly affected* due to the camera not working properly. Along with this, *my own job is also getting affected* as I have to take leave again and again to visit the service center.
It is requested you to please understand our situation and provide a permanent solution, not a temporary jugad.
*My Demand:*
1. Do not do a temporary cleaning/heating again. I demand a *complete replacement of the rear camera module with a new original one.*
2. If the issue still persists, I demand a *complete handset replacement* under warranty.
3. I need a written assurance and a proper job sheet mentioning what part was replaced.
I am attaching both service receipts and today's photo/video showing the fog issue dated 24/09/2026.
If I do not get a permanent solution within 48 hours, I will be forced to file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and social media.
Kindly look into this on priority.
*Regards, *
