I was searching for online work from home job so i registered in quickr. They found me on quickr and hired me for work on whatsapp. Then i registered with them they created legal agreement which i didn't signed. I started doing work & i checked whole work twice there were no any mistakes i found. I submitted my work in given time then after submission pdf was generated. I mailed them for password because it was password protected they mailed me password. Then next day they send me the qc report & made across 200+ mistakes. I checked my mistakes there were not many mistakes but they gave spaces in many forms and highlighted that mistakes. I don't made such mistakes as i crosschecked from pdf generated by them it was not my mistake then i called them for finding out such mistakes they told to mail screenshot of those mistakes. I mailed them screenshots collected with corrected form of pdf then too they're saving you have made space incorrectly.
I called for sharma no but the no is not correct try again
I have some doubts he is not clerify my doubts.
First they are giving the demo how to do work in that i am asked to sharma the demo work is correct but he not reply in whatsapp.
They send a text message you have to pay 6700/- other wise we will send a legal document to you you have to attend for court.

SECTION 73 – Imposes a duty on the party seeking damage to mitigate its loss,

SECTION 74 –Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken.

SECTION 75 – Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfilment of the court.

Per section clearance Charges is

SECTION -73 = Rs 5, 890/-
SECTION -74 = Rs 5, 890/-
SECTION -75 = Rs 5, 890/-

SECTION - 420 = 4950/-

TOTAL = 17, 670/-

IPC SECTION

SECTION-420= Rs 6, 950/-

GRAND TOTAL = Rs 24, 620/-

NOTE: Which section is imposed on you, if you pay this amount then all sections will be clear from your file. If you are not going to clear this all section then you have to present Delhi court.
