VKC Group — footwear damaged within 10 days from the date of purchase

I had purchased one footwear art no. 13503A Size 8 before 10 days at Sankararankovil Bata showroom, Tirunelveli District. But that footwear was damaged within 10 days from the date o[censored]sing. I am using the VKC Brand footwear in the past 4 Years. Dont see that this problem in the past 4 years. I really disappointment in this matter. But i dont change my brand. It is Only VKC. Please replace that footwear. I expect your early action in this matter. Thank you.

I was complaint about the vkc product before 50 days. But not rectify the matter till now. So i want to ask one question about the vkc consumer complaints department. what is the use of conusmer complaint site. totally waste. This is fraud site.

We are brand footwear matthikere Bangalore customer id 3750 in beekey dealer Bangalore. We have order items in them. But they not deliver to our shop. They don’t know why they are not deliver. Can solve our problem.

I have bought a vkc pride model Chappel(art number 3679) . Used it for less than one month ...now it's broken ...where should I complaint...I need it to be replaced
