VKC Group — I am complaining about product

Sir, last one month back i purchesd vkc pride 8 inch chappal from karnataka state, dakshina kannada dist, belthangady t. Q, ujire ' rashmi' shopes. Just five time i wored that. Now its broken.
Last 4 years i am using same brand. Now i am realy unsatisfied with this product. Please arrange me other chappal. Otherwise i will put on complaint about your product in consumer court.
