VKC Group — kv shoe is damaged first day itself.

I used to by Odysia shoe or my son who studies in Kendriya Vidyalaya.. This time shop owner told that VKC is better than this. But unfortunayely, it is damaged in the first day itself. I just want to inform you that it is just because of the faulty design. I herewith attach the Odysia which is being used for 2 years and one =day - old, damaged VKC shoe also.

Please take necessary action
