I purchased one of your product (Vkc pride black sandals for men – 3065) from george leather at nedumangad thiruvananthapuram on 20 feb 2017 14:23 but that product have no quality and its worn out completely also the straps are fully broken with in two months. I went in to the same shop and show to them, but the owner said vkc company product is same like only and they are not ready to change the product (The cashier agreed to me for the changing if something happen under the warranty time when the time of purchased) i want to know your side what is at wrong, my self send back the product at the same shop few days back. I am going to consumer court. If i didn't get solution and replay from your end, i will put all of the details about this in to my social medias with in 5 days against your product and company. This is fyi.
