Hi, My name is babita and two months ago we booked vlcc for my pre-bridal services and bridal services. Including services for my sister suman and bindu both. There were skin treatment for me and my sister as well. We paid almost 85000 as an whole for below services: Skin treatment for me and my sister suman (Includes peeling and prp) as a result of which doctor burned skin of my sister (Pic attached) and my treatment was for removal of pimple marks for which there is no result Hair services for my both sister and me includes hair smoothening, hair colour and keratin - we have taken some of the services and results are worst. Smoothing result-no result Hair color - not properly done Keratin-no result (Pic attached). 3. Pre-bridal services: i have taken first sitting of the prebridal services (Manicure, pedicure, hair spa and body polish) - rest of the services are still pending. 4. Bridal makeup and party make up for both the sister is still pending. As we are getting worst services which includes burning skin of my sister during the occasion of my ring ceremony, we do not want to continue with vlcc (Model town - ii, delhi) anymore. I have my marriage on 8th dec'19 and vlcc has ruined my marriage. I want you to take the immediate action for the same Our contact person for vlcc is miss. Renu. Vlcc provided me bill receipt of 50000 payment and for rest of the payment i have transaction record as payment was done by my card. I took a package of laser which is not performed by any doctor.The new trainees experiment on clients.She burnt my sensitive area.
I also had juvederm volite recently.My face is spoilt and there is wound my face.My areas of concern was lip corners and under eyes which she didnt cover.Initially they told me 2ml volite is sufficient but then insisted on 3ml when I was going through treatment.they called me 3 weeks again and again before volite for taking more things such as chemical peel for prepping skin to just take out money.and I was not told of any peels and was just recommended 2ml volite.
The result is that my face has become wierd, may be they used expired product.
It's better to visit somewhere else.They loot people badly.I am really disappointed after wasting so much money and detoriating my skin.
